Salary: between 26$ and 29$ per hour, depending on experience

Job Description :
We are looking for a Merchandising Supervisor to oversee a team of 15 merchandisers. You will be responsible for planning in-store merchandising activities, coordinating schedules and carpooling, training staff, and ensuring accurate execution of planograms.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead and support a team of 15 merchandisers
Plan store visits and ensure smooth execution of merchandising setups
Participate in hiring and training of new team members
Manage schedules, carpool routes, and logistics
Handle timesheets and expense reports
Ensure accurate implementation of planograms and in-store activities
Provide ongoing support and supervision to field staff
Perform other related duties as required
Requirements :
Strong understanding of planograms and merchandising practices
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 3 years of experience as an assistant grocery manager or team lead
Good physical condition for in-store work
Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle
Comfortable with carpool coordination and occasional travel
Proficient with tools like Outlook, Excel, and other office software

Hybrid schedule: in-store Monday to Wednesday, remote Thursday and Friday
