Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Development Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, qualifying leads, and supporting the sales pipeline through proactive outreach and relationship building. The ideal candidate is passionate about technology sales, possesses excellent communication skills, and has experience in B2B sales and business development. Fluency in English and Spanish is highly desirable to effectively engage with diverse clients. Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound telemarketing and email campaigns to identify potential clients and generate qualified leads
- Engage with prospects via phone, email, and social media to understand their needs and promote our solutions
- Qualify inbound inquiries by assessing client requirements and aligning them with our offerings
- Build strong relationships with potential customers to facilitate the sales process and foster long-term partnerships
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted outreach strategies
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and update CRM systems such as Salesforce
- Support business development initiatives by researching market trends and identifying new opportunities
- Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations for prospective clients
Skills
- Proven experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or technical sales roles
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus
- Familiarity with marketing strategies and telemarketing techniques
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for lead management
- Knowledge of technology products or services relevant to our industry
- Customer service orientation with a focus on building rapport and trust
- Business development experience demonstrating proactive outreach and relationship management
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment

Pay: $75,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
