At the Baskin-Robbins Suter Brook location we are looking to hire a self-motivated individual to work part-time. We offer a friendly team environment with opportunities for advancement.
The successful candidate should have availability weekdays and weekends between 12pm and 12am.
This is a general crew member position with the opportunity to learn other skills including cake decorating (no cake decorating experience required or expected but it is a bonus!).
This position requires a proactive attitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing outstanding service. Candidates should be adaptable, organized, and eager to contribute positively to our team environment.
Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with product selections .
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for processing transactions accurately
- Prepare food items according to safety and sanitation standards when applicable
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the sales area, including food handling areas
- Manage inventory levels and restock shelves as needed
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions and resolving issues promptly
