Summary
MG Aesthetics is looking for a friendly, highly organized, and professional Front Desk Coordinator / Patient Coordinator to join our growing team.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and takes pride in creating an exceptional client experience from start to finish.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of office experience, preferably in medical aesthetics or a medical clinic setting
- Must be available Saturdays from 10 AM–5 PM (non-negotiable)
- Must also have weekday availability on Mondays and/or Thursdays
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Confident speaking with clients about treatments, pre-care, and post-care instructions
- Professional, friendly, and team-oriented attitude
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities:
- Greeting and checking in clients
- Assisting with appointment coordination and front desk operations
- Preparing treatment rooms and supporting providers throughout the day
- Cleaning and resetting rooms between patients
- Assisting with daily clinic tasks and maintaining clinic organization
- Educating clients on treatment preparation and aftercare instructions
- Supporting the team in delivering a high-level patient experience
