Summary
The Security Operations & Workforce Coordinator provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Security and Loss Prevention function. This role is responsible for coordinating recruitment, onboarding, workforce management, training logistics, performance tracking, and payroll-related processes to ensure smooth and effective security operations.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the end-to-end hiring process for Security and Loss Prevention Officers, including scheduling interviews and supporting candidate selection.
- Prepare and manage onboarding documentation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
- Coordinate and enforce payroll-related requests to ensure compliance with company policies
- Prepare reports on operational activities and workforce performance.
- Act as a central point of coordination between Security leadership, HR, and Payroll.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and administrative efficiencies within security operations.
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in an administrative, HR coordination, or operations support role (experience in security or retail environments is an asset).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with HRIS or scheduling tools is an asset.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
