As a Hot Tub Service Technician, you'll work alongside experienced professionals while learning a wide range of skills related to plumbing, electrical systems, water chemistry, automation, technology, equipment repair, and customer service. Every day is different, offering opportunities to troubleshoot problems, install equipment, and continuously expand your technical knowledge.

Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on hot tubs, spas, and related equipment.
- Diagnose plumbing, mechanical, and electrical issues using technical manuals and manufacturer resources.
- Install hot tubs, accessories, and replacement components while following company standards and safety procedures.
- Test and balance water chemistry and calibrate automated water care systems.
- Maintain an organized service vehicle and assist with keeping the parts department and warehouse clean, organized, and accurately inventoried.
- Receive, move, and organize inventory and equipment within the warehouse.
- Clearly communicate with customers regarding repairs, maintenance recommendations, and product operation.
- Complete service reports, work orders, and inventory documentation accurately.
- Continue learning new products, technologies, and repair techniques through provided training resources and hands-on experience.
