Mechanic
Job Type: Full-time

Minimum Experience: 2 years
Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour (may vary due to experience)
Location: Stewiacke, NS
Responsibilities:
- Servicing and repairing drill rigs including but not limited to Duralite track, skid and fly drills, Multipower Discovery drills, EF-50 and EF-75 Discovery drills, Zinex A5 track mounted drills, and CME drills.
- Servicing and repairing heavy equipment including but not limited to Freightliners, Kenworths, trailers, bull dozers, excavators, water trucks, all-terrain vehicles, morooka carriers, skid steers, fork lifts
- Servicing pick-up trucks
- Servicing and repairing hydraulic systems, wiring, supply pumps
- Going on service trips for repairs in the field
- Work alone with minimal supervision, also as part of a team.
- Maintain shop tools, equipment and work spaces
- Follow all shop and site safety procedures
Requirements:
- 2 years’ experience
- Valid Driver’s License
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to multitask and prioritize with strong attention to detail

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday 7am-5pm
- Some evenings and weekends
