Lead Exterior Renovator & Job-site Supervisor

Repin Inc. is growing and we are looking for a skilled, motivated construction professional to help lead our exterior renovation division.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone experienced in:
- Deck construction
- Window & door installation
- Siding
- Soffit & fascia
- Eavestroughs
- Exterior repairs
- General construction
The ideal candidate can not only perform the work, but also guide and supervise a crew on-site while maintaining high-quality workmanship and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
✅ Lead and mentor construction crews
✅ Coordinate materials and job setup
✅ Install and oversee exterior renovations
✅ Ensure projects are completed safely and professionally
✅ Communicate with management regarding project progress
✅ Maintain clean and organized job sites
Requirements:
- Experience in exterior renovations and construction
- Ability to lead a team
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work outdoors and lift materials
- Professional attitude and strong work ethic
