We are looking for a Performance and Integration Lead to join our team! Oversee the implementation and optimization of mining technology solutions across assigned sites, acting as the primary customer contact. This role leads field technicians, manages site-level execution, and ensures performance targets are met through proactive support, training, and cross-functional coordination.
The listed base salary is just one component of our total rewards package, and performance-based or discretionary bonuses may be available.

- 3 to 6 years of experience
- 2-4 years are of team supervision
- An education background in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Computer, IT, Other)
- P.Eng/PMP considered an asset
