Rental & Parts Person - Town and Country Supplies & Rentals
Pay: $25.00-$30.00/hr, negotiable for the right candidate

Responsibilities
- Assist customers at the rental counter with equipment availability, rental agreements, and coordination
- Ensure rental equipment is checked in and out accurately and efficiently
- Manage parts inventory levels using POS and order management software
- Coordinate with suppliers to source and procure OEM parts and equipment efficiently
- Oversee shipping & receiving, ensuring proper documentation and timely delivery of parts
- Conduct warehouse management activities like stocking, organizing, and maintaining a safe working environment, including forklift operation when necessary
Skills
- Strong customer service skills- comfortable being the first point of contact for rental customers
- Mechanical aptitude with knowledge of equipment, OEM parts specs, and repair procedures
- Experience with inventory or order management systems is a strong asset
- Familiarity with warehouse, shipping & receiving protocols; forklift certification an asset
- Able to manage multiple priorities across both the rental counter and parts desk in a fast-paced environment
- Accurate data entry skills and strong attention to detail
