This is a front-to-back sales position, where you'll guide customers through the entire vehicle purchasing process. You'll work with customers from all credit backgrounds, helping them secure financing while providing an exceptional buying experience.

What You'll Do
- Manage online and inbound customer inquiries from start to finish.
- Build relationships with customers and guide them through the vehicle purchasing process.
- Structure and submit finance applications to lenders.
- Work approvals efficiently and maximize every financing opportunity.
- Source vehicles and coordinate deliveries with dealer partners.
- Prepare loan documentation and ensure deals are funded accurately and promptly.
- Follow up with customers throughout the process to deliver an outstanding experience.
- Work closely with your team to achieve individual and company goals.
What We're Looking For
- Current AMVIC Licence (required).
- Automotive sales and/or finance experience.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Self-motivated with a positive, goal-oriented attitude.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- Comfortable working in a performance-driven role with uncapped earning potential.
