Role:
We’re looking for Senior Civil Engineering Design Technologists based out of Victoria, BC. The role includes civil engineering design and drafting, construction inspection, project management and project support - as well as representing our brand at community events and contributing to a fun working environment.
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of storm, sanitary and watermain drawings
- Preparation of roadworks drawings including plan, profiles, sections
- Preparation of servicing concept and zoning plans
- Preparation and design of Stormwater Management Plans and calculations, and Erosion and Sediment Control Plans
- Preparation of detailed design drawings to support both subdivision and building permit applications.
- Project planning, implementation, coordinating fieldwork (in town and out of town).
- Strong competency with CADD and Civil 3D with a minimum 10 years experience working with this software.
- Coordination with clients, contractors, regulatory agencies and subconsultants.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 15-20 years of Civil/ Municipal Infrastructure Engineering in BC. Candidates with less or more experience will be considered.
- University degree in Civil Engineering or registration with AScT.
- Professional status or designation (P.Eng., P.Geo., P.Ag., AScT).
- Knowledge and experience working with First Nations in BC and/or First Nations membership.
- Demonstrated project management experience on a variety of small, medium and large projects.
- The ability to deal tactfully and effectively with clients and co-workers.
- Ability to work effectively in a high demand, fast paced environment.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.

Compensation:
Salary Range: $85K - $120K
Salary and bonus structure is industry competitive and negotiable based on experience. Potential signing bonus to the right candidate.
