Flow Mechanical Ltd. is hiring Journeyman Sheet Metal Workers and experienced Sheet Metal Apprentices for commercial HVAC projects throughout Calgary and surrounding areas.
We are looking for experienced, dependable people who can work independently and get the job done without constant supervision.
What We’re Looking For
● Journeyman Sheet Metal Workers or experienced apprentices
● Commercial HVAC experience required
● Able to work independently with minimal supervision
● Able to read and understand mechanical drawings
● Experience laying out and installing commercial ductwork
● Experience with rectangular and spiral duct
● Able to install RTUs, exhaust fans, make-up air units, diffusers, grilles and related HVAC equipment
● Able to measure, cut, modify and install ductwork in the field
● Able to plan your work and keep the job moving
● Reliable, punctual and takes pride in quality workmanship
● Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation
● Own basic hand tools
● Able to work effectively with other trades and team members
Type of Work
Our projects include commercial construction and tenant improvements, including restaurants, retail spaces, daycares, offices and other commercial facilities.
Compensation
$25–$45 per hour, depending on apprenticeship level, commercial experience and ability to work independently.
We are looking for people who can be given drawings and instructions and complete their work without needing constant supervision.
