Job Title: Forklift Operator
Location: Mount Pearl, NL
Pay Range: $21 per hour
Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm
What's the Job?
- Operate a forklift in a chemical handling environment
- Manage shipping, receiving, storing, blending, and packaging of chemicals
- Load and unload trucks and filling tangs, running pumps efficiently and safely
- Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure safety and compliance
What's Needed?
- Valid Forklift License
- Valid WHMIS Certificate
- Able to lift up to 50lbs
- Knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures
- Previous experience in a chemical handling environment (1-2 years)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and ERP systems
