Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated, results-driven Sales Representative to expand Frostco’s presence across foodservice and retail markets. This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing existing customer relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.
The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and enjoys building strong relationships with customers while working independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow Frostco’s customer base.
- Prospect and secure new business with restaurants, foodservice operators, distributors, wholesalers, and retail accounts.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers through regular communication and account management.
- Conduct in-person customer visits, product presentations, and sales meetings.
- Introduce new products and promotional opportunities to customers.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing within company guidelines, and close sales.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions using CRM software.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience (foodservice, grocery, CPG, or distribution experience is preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with a proven ability to generate new business.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Comfortable working independently and managing a sales territory.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
Preferred Experience
- Existing relationships within the foodservice or grocery industry.
- Experience selling frozen foods or consumer packaged goods.
- Knowledge of distributors, restaurant chains, and independent operators.
