Summary
We are seeking a skilled Robotics Technician to join our team in Canada. Based in the local area, you will play a vital role in maintaining and troubleshooting advanced dairy equipment, ensuring optimal performance aligned with our company's mission of quality and innovation.
Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair GEA robotic systems used in dairy farm equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance on automation and control systems.
- Read and interpret schematics and technical manuals.
- Collaborate with team members to improve system efficiency.
- Ensure safety standards are consistently met during all technical operations.
- Support customer service efforts by providing technical assistance.
- Document maintenance activities and system modifications.
- Assist in the installation of new automation systems.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience with industrial maintenance and electrical systems.
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to dairy equipment or manufacturing machinery.
- Experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and sensors.
- Ability to read schematics and technical drawings.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD is an asset.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills for effective teamwork.
- Relevant certifications or training in electrical or mechanical fields preferred.
