Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards across various facilities. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including floors, windows, restrooms, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the facility
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper as needed
- Dispose of waste properly and ensure trash receptacles are emptied regularly
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
- Adhere to company policies regarding cleaning schedules and protocols to ensure consistency and quality of service
Experience
- Prior custodial or commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
- Familiarity with cleaning tools and chemicals is a plus
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong work ethic with a focus on reliability and punctuality
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately
