Digital Marketing Specialist – Paid Media & Social Campaigns

What is in it for you:

- Incorporated Business Rate: $40-50 per hour.
- 6-month contract with the potential for permanent employment.
- Full-time position: 37.50 hours per week.
- Weekday schedule from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
- Hybrid work with 2 days per week on-site.
Responsibilities:
- Support the development and execution of digital marketing initiatives across digital display, paid search, paid social, online affiliate, external partnerships, and email channels.
- Support paid media and digital marketing initiatives across platforms including LinkedIn, Meta, Amazon, and Netflix.
- Assist with campaign development, media brief creation, agency coordination, creative asset quality assurance, pixel placement, performance tracking, campaign setup, optimization, and reporting.
- Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including Creative Services, Legal, Compliance, and agencies, to successfully launch marketing initiatives.
- Manage the end-to-end content review and translation processes, including branding, legal, and compliance approvals.
- Proofread copy and images and coordinate final approvals for marketing initiatives.
- Manage marketing budgets and forecasts to support business growth objectives.
- Track, report, and analyze the performance of digital marketing initiatives to support campaign strategies.
- Build and execute A/B testing strategies using Adobe Target.
- Partner with the team to test new channels and technologies that support innovation and client acquisition.
- Document and maintain current processes and internal best practices.
- Work closely with agencies and internal teams to optimize marketing initiatives that enhance customer experience and acquisition.
- Collaborate with growth marketing and sales leadership to deliver marketing and communication initiatives that support business objectives.
- Support marketing operations and identify process efficiencies to improve speed to market.
What you will need to succeed:
- Degree or certificate in Marketing or Communications.
- 1–3 years of digital marketing experience.
- Experience managing marketing campaigns or projects.
- Experience with paid search and paid social media campaigns.
- Demonstrated experience delivering direct-to-consumer digital marketing programs.
- Demonstrated experience managing performance-based digital marketing campaigns.
- Sound understanding of direct response marketing and conversion rate optimization.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and provide actionable insights.
- Proven organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives, deadlines, and budgets in a high-volume environment.
- Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple teams.
- Ability to synthesize complex information into actionable recommendations.
- Creative thinking skills and a proactive, curious approach to problem-solving.
- Experience with copywriting for paid search and social media advertising is considered an asset.
- Experience with Agile marketing or development is considered an asset.
- Experience with web analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics is considered an asset.
- Experience with CRM tools and marketing technologies is considered an asset.
