We are seeking a Director of Sales to lead and inspire Eastern Canada’s sales organization for a growing industrial solutions company specializing in piping. This is a people-first leadership role focused on building a high-performing, accountable sales culture while driving sustainable revenue growth across Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec, and the Atlantic provinces.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Lead from the front by developing and executing sales strategies that align with company goals while fostering a strong, performance-driven team culture
Build, mentor, and manage a team of 7–8 regional sales managers, with a focus on coaching, accountability, and career development
Create a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement across a geographically dispersed team
Drive business development efforts by empowering your team to identify and win high-value opportunities across industrial, municipal, and contractor markets
Play a key role in shaping the broader sales organization, including talent development, succession planning, and long-term growth strategy
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
Proven success leading and developing high-performing sales teams in industrial environments (piping, mining, oil & gas, etc)
Demonstrated ability to build strong team culture, drive accountability, and elevate performance across multiple regions
Strategic mindset with the ability to balance people leadership, sales execution, and long-term growth planning
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
