Role Responsibilities
- Responds to all customer inquiries by listening, understanding, and recommending solutions.
- Answer customer questions promptly with honesty and accuracy
- Answers phone calls, schedules routine and unplanned maintenance appointments for customers based on dealership availability.
- Makes outbound calls to schedule, confirm appointments, and follow up on service quotes.
- Makes outbound follow up calls to service customers.
- Makes outbound calls for seasonal offers on tires and service campaigns.
- Maximizing parts and service sales by recommending all regular maintenance requirements.
- Collect and analyze metrics/run reports.
- Have the ability to create and maintain a process-driven work environment.
