We are looking for exactly one Ontario-based Pharmacist to take the summer assignment of a lifetime in Western Newfoundland. Forget the 401 – your new commute involves ocean views, icebergs, and zero traffic lights.
The Role: Relief Pharmacist (Western Newfoundland)
- Shift Dates: Starting June 1st for 3–6 months (perfect for summer)
- Shift Times: Mondays to Fridays, 9am – 5pm (no evenings, no weekends – unheard of, right?)
- System: Kroll (you already know it)
- Volume: 150–200 Rx/day
- Support: Full PA Support + Overlapping Pharmacist
- Scope: OAT + Injection certified required
Why You Will Actually Enjoy Summer in NFLD vs. Ontario:
In Ontario, summer means 35°C + humidity + wildfire smoke.
In Western Newfoundland, June–August is a crisp, perfect 18-22°C. You can hike without melting. You can sleep with your windows open. You won't see a single indoor "extreme heat alert."
️ Your Weekends Off:
Ontario: "Should we go to Muskoka?" (Spoiler: 4 hours each way + $500/night).
NFLD: Finish work at 5pm Friday. Drive 20 minutes to Gros Morne National Park (a UNESCO World Heritage Site). Hike the Tablelands. Watch whales breach. Take a boat tour through a freshwater fjord. Be back for brunch Saturday.

Ontario: 1.5 hours to go 30km on the QEW.

Ontario: Everyone is rushed, expensive patios, reservations 3 weeks out.
NFLD: The most famous hospitality on earth. You will be invited to a kitchen party before your first shift ends. Screech optional. New best friends mandatory.

- Active Ontario license (eligible for NFLB registration – we help)
