Responsibilities
- Ensure that dies are production ready when needed
- Ensure all maintenance, rebuilds and new builds are completed on time
- Follow list of prioritized tooling activities including preventative maintenance, engineering changes, new die builds and continuous improvements
- Work safely following legislation and Trillium Metal Stampings safety rules and procedures
- Troubleshoot and repair of problematic dies promptly to ensure minimal downtime
- Inspect and approve outsourced tooling builds, ensuring that Trillium die specifications are adhered to
- Assist maintenance personnel as needed to support emergency breakdowns
- Follow all lockout/tagout procedures
- Ensure work areas are left in good condition
Requirements
- Licenced Tool & Die Maker (or equivalent experience)
- Experience performing preventative maintenance and troubleshooting
Job Types: Permanent, Full-time
Pay: $33.00-$37.00 per hour
