Commissionaires – Northern Alberta Division is currently seeking exceptional security personnel to be employed at the Nutrien Fertilizer Plant at Redwater, Alberta for Part Time/Casual shifts. Security Personnel protect the public while demonstrating vigilance and excellent customer service in a dynamic environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Must have an Alberta Security License or be willing to obtain.
- Ability to handle a dynamic environment
- Represent the Commissionaires with a high level of professionalism and customer service skills, as well as effective communication skills in dealing with clients, emergency personnel, and the public
- Ability to work under pressure, and make sound decisions in emergency situations
- Ability to carry out written and verbal instructions including writing comprehensive reports
- Good computer skills
Essential Job Functions:
- Writing detailed and accurate reports regarding all incidents
- Providing a high degree of customer service in a dynamic and challenging environment
- Ability to de-escalate situations that may arise and liaise with emergency personnel; provide support
- Capability to complete patrols
- Capability to work a rotational shift schedule when needed
