Job Summary
We are seeking energetic and reliable Mover/Packer team members to join our dynamic moving and logistics crew. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring smooth, efficient relocations by safely packing, loading, unloading, and transporting items for our valued customers. Your proactive attitude and strong work ethic will help deliver exceptional service while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. This position offers the opportunity to develop practical skills in moving, warehouse operations, and customer service, all while being an essential part of a fast-paced team.
Responsibilities
- Safely pack household or commercial items using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit
- Load and unload trucks efficiently, ensuring items are secured properly for transport
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely to move heavy or bulky items
- Assist with the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse or storage areas
- Communicate clearly with team members and customers to coordinate moving schedules and address any concerns
- Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent injuries or accidents during lifting and moving tasks
- Support drivers with commercial driving duties when required, including vehicle inspections and route planning
Requirements
- Prior experience in moving, warehouse work, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely for extended periods
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and customers
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain one upon hire
- Experience with commercial driving is a plus but not required; valid driver’s license is necessary for driving responsibilities
- Excellent physical stamina, attention to detail, and a positive attitude towards teamwork

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
