Studio Coordinator
Elite Studios Windsor is one of Windsor-Essex's leading music schools, offering private and group music lessons to students of all ages.
We're looking for an exceptional Studio Coordinator to become an important part of our studio family.
This is much more than a reception position.

Position Details
Location: Elite Studios Windsor (In Person) located at 3315 Banwell Rd.
Part-Time | Permanent
$20/hour
Approximately 30 hours/week
Schedule
- Monday-Friday: 2:00 PM - 7:00 PM
- Saturday: 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Additional hours may be available as the studio grows and during busy seasons such as showcases, camps, and special events.
What You'll Do
- Welcome students, families, and visitors
- Answer phone calls, texts, emails, and inquiries
- Schedule lessons and manage student accounts
- Process payments, merchandise, books, and event tickets
- Follow up with new leads and help prospective students get started
- Coordinate teacher schedules and lesson changes
- Help organize recitals, showcases, and studio events
- Keep the studio organized, tidy, and running smoothly
You'll work closely with owner Lisa DiFazio. Some days you'll work alongside Lisa, while other days you'll manage the studio independently, using good judgment, initiative, and strong organizational skills.
