We are currently seeking an experienced and professional Tow Truck Operator to join our roadside assistance team as an Independent Contractor. The successful candidate must have prior experience, strong customer service skills, and the ability to safely operate company-provided tow trucks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to roadside assistance and towing calls
- Perform vehicle tows, boost starts, lockouts, tire changes, and recoveries
- Operate company-provided tow trucks safely and professionally
- Maintain communication with dispatch and customers
- Complete digital job records and required paperwork accurately
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections and maintain clean equipment
- Provide excellent customer service on every call
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of towing experience
- Previous CAA experience an asset
- Valid Ontario driver’s license (DZ preferred)
- Valid Tow License
- Clean driver’s abstract and CVOR
- Experience operating:
- Flatbed tow trucks
- Wheel-lift / wreckers
- Strong knowledge of Cobourg, GTA and surrounding areas
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
