D.B.I. Dry-Blast Inc. is currently looking for a reliable and organized Parts Person to support our maintenance and operations team. This role is ideal for someone with heavy-duty or automotive parts experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in keeping operations running efficiently.Responsibilities
- Process parts orders and assist with inventory management
- Receive, stock, and organize incoming shipments
- Perform parts lookups, pricing, and availability checks
- Prepare and maintain purchase orders, work orders, and related documentation
- Support the maintenance team with opening and closing work orders
- Coordinate communication between the shop and parts department regarding parts availability and repair status
- Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation
- Ensure the parts and shop areas remain clean, organized, and safe
- Provide professional and timely service to internal staff and vendors
Requirements
- Parts experience or service support experience considered an asset
- Heavy-duty truck or automotive parts knowledge is a strong asset
- Strong computer skills, including Excel, Axon, Samsara and email
- Ability to read and interpret safety procedures and operating manuals
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Good organizational and time management abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to perform repetitive heavy lifting
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
