We are seeking experienced and professional Supervisor and Banquet Servers to provide exceptional guest services at our Oakville event venue. Duties
- Serve food and beverages to guests during banquets, events, and special functions with attention to detail and professionalism
- Set up banquet tables according to event specifications, including arranging tableware, linens, and centerpieces
- Assist with food preparation and presentation as needed, ensuring adherence to food safety standards
- Replenish supplies and clear tables promptly to maintain a clean dining environment
- Provide attentive guest services by answering questions, addressing concerns, and ensuring guest satisfaction
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and event coordinators to coordinate service flow and meet event timelines
- Follow all food handling and safety procedures to ensure guest health and safety
- Maintain a positive attitude and professional appearance throughout shifts
Qualifications
- Previous experience preferred; hospitality or hotel experience is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage professionally with guests
- Knowledge of food handling, safety protocols, and serving techniques
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
- Ability to stand for extended periods and carry trays or dishes as needed
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or during special events as required
- A friendly demeanor with a focus on guest satisfaction
