Job Description
We are looking to hire an experienced Sales Representative to be responsible for driving profitable growth by executing a structured, repeatable selling process that converts data into action at the store level. The role focuses on owning assigned accounts through strong relationships, disciplined execution, such as being responsible for optimizing in-store visibility by merchandising and utilizing pricing visibility tools across a strategically built retail outlet plan, and consistent follow-through against company standards.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Execute planned routes and call cycles with consistency, completing all scheduled visits and updating and maintaining all customer and sales required data.
- Own the store from the door to the shelf, ensuring merchandising, pricing, displays, and brand assets meet execution standards.
- Use store-specific data and historical performance to identify opportunities, explain the “why,” and support fact-based recommendations.
- Lead confident, value-driven selling conversations that align brand objectives with the retailer’s business goals.
- Secure clear commitments from decision-makers and ensure agreed actions are executed on time and as planned.
- Maintain accurate reporting, inventory accountability (brand assets), and compliance with all company policies and programs.
- Report insights, observations, and weekly activities to the Coldhaus Management team, providing feedback on initiatives and market trends.
- Demonstrate self-motivation and accountability, working independently to meet weekly objectives and expectations.
- Represent the company and Brand Partners professionally in-store, acting as a brand ambassador while nurturing long-term customer relationships.
- Actively participate in coaching, work-withs, and feedback loops to continuously improve performance.
- Work closely with Alch Drivers and Management to provide guidance, market insight, and real-time support that influences orders, resolves issues, and ensures seamless sales and delivery execution.

Qualifications
- Minimum of one to three-years’ sales experience, and a secondary-school education is preferred.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across retail partners and internal teams.
- Highly organized and self-motivated, with the ability to manage routes, priorities, and objectives independently.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify growth opportunities, address issues, and leverage sales data effectively.
- Strong work ethic, positive team attitude, and ability to work autonomously.
- Smart Serve certification is required
- Valid Class G Driver’s License is mandatory, with a minimum three-years’ driving experience and a safe and clean driving record, must have the ability to travel regularly within the assigned territory.
