Bannister GM Vernon is looking for a Service Advisor that is a team player. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for our customer’s experience in the service lane and will be the first point of contact with our customers. You will be well-versed in product offerings, inventory needs, technician scheduling, and customer service. From greeting vehicle owners on the driveline to explaining the repair process, our Service Advisors are true professionals who enjoy helping others.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Fantastic communication skills with your customers
- Organized and friendly personality
- Time management skills
- Valid Drivers License
- High School Diploma.
- 2-3 years related experience in an automotive service environment, an asset.
- Knowledge of related in-house dealership computer systems (ADP & CDK), an asset.
