The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated, people-focused, and results-driven Specialist to help grow the demand side of our marketplace.
This is a hybrid B2C and B2B role: you will support renters and guests directly while also helping Tempho strengthen demand through partnerships, outreach, and brand-building channels.
You will generate qualified demand, improve conversion, build strong relationships, and help position Tempho as a trusted choice in the mid- to long-term rental space.
Key Responsibilities
B2C Tenant & Guest Acquisition
Generate, nurture, and confidently convert tenant and guest leads into confirmed bookings.
Conduct professional phone calls, video consultations, and timely follow-ups.
Expertly match renters with properties that suit their specific needs and lifestyle.
Guide prospects seamlessly through the application and booking process.
B2B Growth & Partnerships
Help grow demand through corporate, broker, referral, and partnership outreach.
Support relationship-building with business partners and other demand-generation channels.
Identify practical opportunities to expand Tempho's reach with qualified renter audiences.
Social Media Growth & Content Creation
Develop and publish high-quality, engaging content across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
Create dynamic videos, reels, and promotional posts that resonate with our target demographic.
Build brand awareness, foster community engagement, and stimulate market demand for the Tempho platform.
Advertising & Campaign Management
Design, launch, and manage targeted advertising campaigns on Meta and Google.
Continuously monitor campaign performance, optimizing for maximum lead generation and cost-effective conversions.
Write compelling ad copy, develop creatives, and refine landing page content to maximize ROI.
CRM & Pipeline Management
Diligently manage leads, conversations, and sales pipelines utilizing CRM.
Track all inquiries, bookings, and follow-ups to ensure no opportunity is missed.
Guarantee a flawless, premium tenant experience from the initial inquiry through to move-in.

A Natural Communicator:
You possess exceptional relationship-building skills and exude confidence on phone calls and video meetings.
Highly Organized:
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple pipelines and priorities simultaneously.

You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where adaptability and proactive problem-solving are essential.
Digitally Savvy:
You have a strong social media presence, a flair for content creation, and hands-on experience managing Meta and Google Ads.
Tech Fluent:
Familiarity with CRM systems is a strong asset.
Multilingual (Bonus):
Additional languages are considered a valuable asset, though not strictly required.
