Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and personable Hair Stylist to join our vibrant salon team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hair styling, excellent customer service skills, and a professional attitude. This role involves providing clients with exceptional hair services, maintaining a clean and sanitized work environment, and contributing to the overall positive experience at our salon. The Hair Stylist will also engage in retail sales and front desk duties to ensure smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Perform various hair styling services including cuts, color, highlights, perms, and treatments tailored to client preferences.
- Provide personalized consultations to understand client needs and recommend suitable styles and products.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas in compliance with health regulations.
- Upsell retail products by educating clients on hair care solutions that meet their needs.
- Manage appointment scheduling, check-in, and check-out processes at the front desk efficiently.
- Deliver excellent customer service to foster client loyalty and encourage repeat business.
- Stay updated on the latest hair trends, techniques, and products through ongoing education.
- Assist with maintaining the salon’s appearance and organization to create a welcoming environment.
