Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Resume Consultant and Technical Recruiter to join our team. This role combines expertise in talent acquisition, human resources, and candidate sourcing with a focus on delivering exceptional resume consulting services. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, proficiency with various HRIS and ATS platforms, and a passion for connecting top talent with the right opportunities. Duties
- Conduct comprehensive candidate sourcing through HR sourcing techniques, leveraging platforms.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting processes including screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating candidate assessments.
- Provide expert resume consulting to clients and candidates to enhance their professional profiles for maximum visibility.
- Utilize ATS systems to track applicant progress, update candidate statuses, and maintain organized recruitment pipelines.
- Engage in talent acquisition strategies such as cold calling potential candidates, lead generation, and research to identify high-potential talent pools.
- Coordinate interview schedules between hiring managers and candidates while ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
- Develop strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers to understand needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Conduct negotiations regarding job offers, employment terms, and onboarding procedures.
- Support HR functions including employee relations, training & development initiatives, and HRIS data management.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends in recruiting technology and human resources best practices.
Experience
- Proven experience in recruiting or talent acquisition within human resources or staffing agencies.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems
- Strong understanding of HR sourcing techniques including cold calling, research methods, and lead generation strategies.
- Experience conducting interviews and assessing candidate fit for technical roles or general positions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively with candidates and hiring managers.
- Prior experience using sales tools enhances effectiveness in this role.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
