Insurance Account Manager / Service Representative (Personal Lines)
We are a growing and client-focused insurance agency based in Bradford, currently managing over $9M in premium and continuing to expand.
We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Service Representative to join our team and play a key role in supporting our clients and producers. This is a stable, long-term position within a well-run office environment.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Providing day-to-day service and support to personal lines clients
- Processing policy changes, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations
- Answering client questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Supporting producers by handling service work efficiently
- Reviewing policies and identifying opportunities to protect and retain clients
- Maintaining accurate documentation and client records
- Communicating with insurance carriers as required

What We’re Looking For

Qualifications
- 1+ year experience in insurance or customer service preferred
- OTL license (or willingness to obtain within 2 months)
- Knowledge of personal lines insurance is an asset
- Experience with insurance systems is an asset
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $45,000 – $55,000 (based on experience)

Additional Requirements

- Valid driver’s license may be required
