我们正在寻找一位具备商务拓展思维和资源整合能力的渠道异业合作负责人。你将负责拓展各类异业合作伙伴,推动战略合作项目落地,并通过广告销售及商业化合作为业务增长创造价值。该岗位将直接对接行业头部企业和品牌,拥有较大的业务自主权和广阔的发展空间。
岗位职责
- 负责开拓及维护异业合作渠道,挖掘潜在合作机会,建立长期稳定的合作关系;
- 对接大型企业、知名品牌及各类合作伙伴,推动战略合作洽谈与资源整合;
- 负责合作项目从商务洽谈、方案制定、签约落地到效果复盘的全流程管理;
- 协调公司内部各部门及外部合作方资源,确保项目高效推进并达成预期目标;
- 负责广告资源销售及商业化合作,完成销售目标和收入指标;
- 持续关注市场动态及行业趋势,探索创新合作模式,推动业务增长;
- 建立合作伙伴管理体系,提升合作效率与合作价值。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历,专业不限;
- 3年以上商务拓展(BD)、渠道合作、战略合作、广告销售或相关工作经验;
- 具备优秀的商务谈判能力、资源整合能力及项目管理能力;
- 拥有大型企业、品牌方、平台方或媒体资源者优先;
- 具备较强的商业敏感度和市场洞察力,能够独立发现并推动合作机会;
- 结果导向,执行力强,能够在快速发展的环境中推动复杂项目落地;
- 具备优秀的跨部门沟通协调能力和团队协作意识;
- 中英文沟通能力优秀者优先。

Title: Channel Partnership
Location: Vancouver / Toronto / San Francisco / Los Angeles
Reporting To: Co-founder
About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and resourceful Channel Partnership professional to drive strategic partnerships and business growth. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing partnership opportunities, managing key external relationships, and leading collaboration projects from negotiation to execution. You will also play a key role in advertising sales and commercial partnerships, contributing directly to the company's revenue growth and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and manage channel partnership opportunities to drive business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with large enterprises, brands, and strategic partners.
- Lead partnership projects through the entire lifecycle, including business development, negotiation, implementation, and post-project evaluation.
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful execution of partnership initiatives.
- Drive advertising sales and commercial partnership opportunities, achieving assigned revenue and performance targets.
- Explore innovative partnership models and collaboration opportunities to create additional business value.
- Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify new growth opportunities.
- Establish and optimize partnership management processes to maximize partner value and collaboration efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in business development, channel partnerships, strategic partnerships, advertising sales, or related functions.
- Strong business development, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Existing network with enterprises, brands, platforms, media companies, or industry partners is a strong plus.
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to identify and execute growth opportunities independently.
- Results-driven, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
