Position: General Manager
Location: Noyaa Restaurant Toronto
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure exceptional guest experience
- Lead, train, and develop FOH management and service teams
- Drive sales, profitability, and operational efficiency
- Manage staffing schedules, labour targets
- Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and hospitality
- Coordinate with kitchen leadership to ensure smooth service execution
- Handle guest relations, feedback, and service recovery professionally
- Support marketing initiatives, events, and community engagement
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and liquor regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in restaurant management or hospitality leadership
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience in upscale dining or high-volume restaurant environments preferred
- Proven ability to manage teams and drive performance
- Knowledge of inventory, labour control, and restaurant financials
- Passion for hospitality and team culture

Pay: $80,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
