Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Commission-Based Sales Representative specializing in the construction industry. This role offers an exciting opportunity for motivated sales professionals to leverage their expertise in outside sales, business development, and account management to grow our client base. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills, technical sales experience, and fluency in Spanish to effectively serve diverse markets. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions to construction industry clients.
Responsibilities
- Visit active construction sites to identify new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with contractors, builders, developers, and project managers.
- Present and promote our products/services to prospective clients.
- Generate new leads through networking and direct outreach.
- Follow up on quotations and negotiate sales.
- Meet or exceed agreed sales targets.
- Provide market feedback and identify customer needs.
Requirements
- Previous sales experience in the construction industry.
- Experience visiting construction sites and dealing directly with site personnel and decision-makers.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
- Existing industry contacts are a strong advantage.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
