Duties:
- Manage the front desk and serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers as needed
- Candidates having previous experience in the Trucking Industry/IRP Plates/Safety & Compliance //Equipment Financing fields and having knowledge about Invoice Factoring Services will be preferred.
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
- Maintain and update calendars, schedule appointments, and manage meeting room reservations
- Assist with training and development initiatives for office staff
- Support team members with administrative tasks as required
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration in trucking or related field preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in using office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite e.g. MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint) and additional knowledge of Google drive and Zoho preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and proficient in English and Punjabi
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Demonstrated ability to manage a team is desirable
