What You’ll Do:
- Greet customers and guide them through the vehicle purchase process
- Build lasting relationships to understand customer needs and preferences
- Present and demonstrate vehicles with confidence and product knowledge
- Negotiate effectively to close sales while maintaining customer satisfaction
- Stay informed on current inventory, promotions, and financing options
- Ensure compliance with OMVIC regulations and dealership standards
- Ensures proper follow up of all potential buyers utilizing the CRM as well as Upgrade System
- Makes outgoing calls everyday to potential customers as well as follow ups with customers to ensure customer satisfaction
- Ensures constant touch with customers who are allocated to the salesperson arising from appointments from internet and phone leads, customers in good position to purchase in the Upgrade System, customers who are in their database but not in the Upgrade System and inactive service database allocated to them by management
Requirements:
- OMVIC license
- Experience in sales
- Good Customer relations and interpersonal skills
Pay: $71,657.28-$156,033.63 per year
Work Location: In person
