Duties
- Greet clients warmly and provide outstanding customer service throughout their visit
- Perform professional hair styling services tailored to client preferences and current trends
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all work areas, ensuring a safe and hygienic environment
- Assist clients with product recommendations and upselling to enhance their experience and meet their needs
- Support retail sales efforts by promoting products and services effectively
- Ensure all salon protocols are followed to uphold quality standards and client satisfaction
- Keep the work area organized and stocked with necessary supplies for efficient operations
Skills
- Minimum experience of 2 years as a barber
- Able to be patient and level headed at all times
- Knowledge of sanitation practices relevant to beauty or salon environments
- Ability to upsell products and services tactfully to enhance client satisfaction and business growth
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients, team members, and management
- Professional demeanor with a focus on delivering a positive client experience
- Preferably residing in Etobicoke or neighboring areas
