We are seeking a friendly and energetic Arcade Attendant to join our entertainment team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring guests have a fun and safe experience while managing arcade operations. Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide assistance as needed to enhance their arcade experience
- Operate and troubleshoot arcade machines and equipment to ensure smooth gameplay
- Handle guest inquiries, explain game rules, and promote ongoing activities or promotions
- Manage cash handling duties, including ticket exchanges and point-of-sale transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the arcade area, including game stations and surrounding spaces
- Enforce safety rules and ensure a safe environment for all guests
- Assist with special events or birthday parties, providing guest support throughout the event
- Engage with children and families to create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat visits
Skills
- Experience working with children is highly desirable, demonstrating patience and understanding
- Strong public speaking skills to effectively communicate rules, instructions, and promotional messages
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Guest services experience to handle diverse guest needs professionally
- Cash handling experience for managing transactions accurately and efficiently
- Food service or hospitality background is a plus for supporting food or beverage operations when needed
