We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as an Appointment Scheduler / Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling calls, confirming appointments, and conducting follow-ups with prospective clients. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and comfortable communicating with clients over the phone, email, and CRM platforms.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls and warm calling to prospective clients to generate leads.
- Utilize CRM software to manage customer interactions and track sales activities.
- Build relationships with clients through exceptional customer service.
- Coordinated end-to-end appointment scheduling, including confirmations and follow-ups to reduce no-shows
- Own appointment pipeline: booking, confirmation, reminder sequencing, and post-visit follow-ups to support revenue goal
Skills
- 2+ years in B2B sales or inside sales
- 1+ years of experience working with Excel and CRM tools.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Ability to provide outstanding customer service while addressing client needs
- Experience in business development and outbound calling strategies
