We are actively recruiting for 2 Personal Support Workers to assist a private male employer with all activities of daily living.
The ideal candidate will be personable, have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
Location:
Shifts and Hours:
- Day shift:
- Monday and Friday
- 10:00am to 5:00pm
- Evening shifts:
- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday
- 6:00pm to 10:00pm
Compensation:
Responsibilities (but not limited to):
- Assist with bathing, bowel care, bladder care, and dressing
- Meal preparation and assistance with feeding
- Ceiling lift transfers
- Light housekeeping and laundry
- Accompanying on errands, appointments and community outings such as concerts
Qualifications:
Required:
- Must have a good command of English
- Must have basic cooking skills and be able to prepare meals
- Must be fully vaccinated
Assets:
- Personal care experience is an asset
- Class 4 or 5 driver's license is an asset
Pay: $30.00 per hour
