About Us
Arvin Air Systems is a commercial and industrial mechanical contractor serving the Golden Horseshoe region since 1972. We work with manufacturing facilities and commercial buildings across Hamilton, Burlington, Oakville, Niagara, and the surrounding area. We are growing and looking for the right person to help us build and drive our sales and marketing engine.
The Role
This is a part-time business development role with the potential to grow into a full-time position. You will be responsible for building new client relationships in the commercial and industrial sector while shaping the sales and marketing process that supports that growth. This role has a strong emphasis on pipeline creation, prospecting, and cold outreach, with the expectation that you will also own and develop Arvin's presence across digital and traditional marketing channels.
What You Will Do
- Prospect, cold outreach, and actively pursue new commercial and industrial clients across the Golden Horseshoe
- Build and manage a contact pipeline using our CRM
- Develop and execute outreach cadences: cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, direct mail, and in-person visits
- Manage and grow Arvin's presence across digital and traditional marketing channels
- Develop marketing content that positions Arvin as a credible, technical contractor
What We Are Looking For
- Previous experience in B2B sales or business development is an asset, ideally in an industrial or technical service environment
- Mechanically inclined
- Demonstrated ability to generate leads from scratch and build a pipeline with minimal support
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing channels: LinkedIn, email platforms
- Comfortable with cold outreach: calls and in-person visits
- Established relationships and industry connections throughout the industrial and commercial sectors within the Golden Horseshoe are considered a significant asset
- Highly self-motivated, competitive, and results-oriented
- Valid Ontario driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- CRM experience is an asset
