Integrity Signs is expanding our established installation department and looking to add to our existing team:
- 1 Experienced Sign Install & Service Technician
- 1 Entry-Level / Technician (willing to train)

About the Role
Work on a variety of signage projects including illuminated channel letters, fascia cabinets, and vinyl graphics across interior and exterior applications. This role involves hands-on installation using ladders, lifts, and boom trucks.
Experienced Technician – Requirements
- Minimum 3 years sign industry installation experience (required)
- Experience with channel letters and illuminated signage
- Comfortable working at heights and operating lifts/boom trucks
- Strong understanding of installation methods, measurement, and layout
- Valid driver’s license
Entry-Level Technician
- No sign experience required (training provided)
- Mechanically inclined and comfortable using tools
- Willing to learn and work at heights
- Strong work ethic and reliability

Key Responsibilities
- Load, transport, and handle signs, tools, and materials safely
- Prepare installation sites (remove old signage, prep surfaces/structures)
- Measure, place, and install signage accurately
- Perform service, maintenance, and repairs as needed
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures
- Operate and maintain tools and equipment

Work Environment
- Based out of Calgary with job sites throughout the city and surrounding areas
- Most work allows you to return home daily
