Reporting to the Superintendent, Exploration, you will be part of the Nunavut Exploration Department. Your first contribution in this role is to support the Exploration and Geology teams at the Hope Bay Project, helping to drive safe, efficient, and high-quality drilling operations across the site. The intent of this position is to support drilling operations across Nunavut. You will ensure that the goals and objectives are achieved while promoting and respecting Agnico Eagle’s values, Health & Safety Code of Conduct, and the environment.

Monitor drilling performance, track KPIs, and identify opportunities to improve productivity, cost effectiveness, and overall operational excellence;

Conduct regular site visits to verify compliance with policies, procedures, operational standards, and applicable occupational health and safety legislation;

Support the development, implementation, and communication of drilling procedures, safety protocols, and best practices;

Coordinate with exploration, geology, health & safety, environment, and logistics teams to ensure integrated and efficient field operations;
Excellent working knowledge of all Microsoft Office Suite applications, especially Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Note that the official working language at the Hope Bay Project is English.
You may be required to travel to other Nunavut exploration projects, primarily in Nunavut, and the Drilling Excellence office located in Val‑d’Or, Quebec.
