You will be responsible for greeting customers, taking orders, and preparing and serving high quality beverages.
The right candidate must be motivated and committed to growing within their role at our evolving small business.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Service Excellence:
- Greet and serve customers with a friendly and approachable demenor
- Provide information on all menu items; ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages, adhering to our established recipes- Upsell bakery items to increase customer experience- Package and stock/restock inventory of bread, pastry and retail products
- Accurate handling of cash- Maintain a balanced cash register and follow cash-handling procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following establishments sanitation and hygiene practices
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service or barista role is required
- Strong coffee preparation techniques
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Organized and good time- management skills
- Able to work early mornings, weekend (and holidays as needed)
- Multi- task and work in a team environment
- English language communication skills
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.50-$21.00 per hour
