We are currently hiring on behalf of a fast-growing private men's wellness clinic in Kelowna, BC. This clinic specializes in hormone health, sexual wellness, and preventative care, with a strong focus on patient-centered, respectful, and modern medical experiences.
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to lead clinical care and consultations in this high-impact environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct consultations related to low testosterone, hormone therapy, and men's health
- Order and interpret labs to develop customized treatment plans
- Educate patients on preventative care and wellness strategies
- Administer IM injections and assist with additional in-clinic treatments (training provided)
- Work collaboratively with clinic staff and leadership
- Maintain clear, compliant documentation in line with BCCNM standards
Qualifications
- Licensed and in good standing with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM)
- Eligible to practice autonomously in British Columbia
- Previous experience in primary care, endocrinology, urology, or men's health preferred
- Strong communication skills and a passion for patient education
- Comfortable working in a private practice focused on wellness and prevention
Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- No evenings or weekends
- In-person role based in Calgary AB
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual salary of $223,000–$256,000 based on experience

Pay: $200,000.00-$225,000.00 per year
