- Customer Interaction:
- Greet customers professionally and efficiently, establishing rapport and understanding their needs.
- Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, providing accurate and timely information.
- Listen attentively to customer concerns and complaints, demonstrating empathy and patience.
- Document all customer interactions and issues in a CRM system or other relevant software.
- Issue Resolution:
- Investigate and resolve customer issues promptly and effectively, escalating when necessary.
- Communicate repair recommendations and costs to customers in a clear and understandable manner.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with the resolution of their issues.
- Collaborate with sales and service teams to achieve sales targets.
- Administrative Tasks:
- Schedule appointments for service and repairs.
- Process customer payments and refunds.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
- Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of automotive terminology and vehicle maintenance.
- Sales Skills: Ability to build rapport with customers and promote products and services.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in using Windows based programs and other relevant computer applications.
- Knowledge of AutoLeap software an asset
- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in customer service or automotive industry preferred.

Pay: $950.00-$1,160.00 per week
