Responsibilities
- Manage the receipt, storage, and distribution of rental equipment.
- Assist customers with equipment loading and operation instructions.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using our warehouse management system.
- Operate heavy machinery such as forklifts and bobcats safely.
- Load and unload equipment from delivery trucks.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the rental yard.
- Support shipping and receiving processes.
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in warehouse operations or equipment rental environment.
- Mechanical knowledge is an asset.
- Ability to operate machinery safely.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to lift heavy items regularly.
- Construction or equipment experience is a plus.
Schedule & Compensation
- Compressed work week: 4x10 hour shifts scheduled with a Monday-Saturday rotation
- Monthly Bonus: eligibility at completion of onboarding
